Welcome to the Rodriguez Engraving and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at Rodriguez Engraving  you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

All products not owned by Rodriguez Engraving are registered trademarks and are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Rodriguez Engraving or its employees.

Your Account:

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept, responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Rodriguez Engraving does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use Rodriguezengraving.biz only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Rodriguez Engraving reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Risk of Loss:

All items purchased from Rodriguez Engraving are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Product information and Warranties:

Rodriguez Engraving cannot and does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability and services. Products and services are the responsibility of the manufacturer or provider of those services and are covered by the warranties offered by such manufacturers or providers.

Returns and Damaged Products:

All returns and damaged products must be issued a RMA NUMBER no product can be returned without the proper information. Once the product is returned to us a credit will be issued back to you. Any merchandise damaged in shipping will have to be reported to the shipper for credit. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all special order merchandise that is returned.

Privacy Notice:

Information you give us, we receive and store on a secure server our names address and all information is kept private we do not sell, rent, lease, or use outside companies to handle any information that may be private to you. All credit card information is done thru PAYPAL for a secure server site you must be registered with PAYPAL in order to use there service. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer be sure to sign off when finished using shared computers. For your protection we also verify all orders that are placed from our website by a phone call to you. Custom orders that are personalized are non returnable. Once an ORDER has been placed and a P.O. is given you may NOT CANCEL OR CHANGE the order. A 25% restocking fee will apply to cancelled orders before P.O. is given.
